Our goal is for students to leave the program more organized, more confident, and better prepared to understand GC expectations. Students who complete required lessons, assignments, and readiness steps may receive additional clarification or support according to the support terms included with their enrollment option. Additional support is intended to help students better understand and apply the material; it does not create a guarantee of referrals, approval, employment, contracts, or project awards.

Proposal + Estimate Review Package
Includes two proposal and/or estimate reviews with structured feedback, corrections, and professional guidance to help you submit clearer, stronger, and more GC-ready bids.

Post-Graduation Support Plan
Includes 12 months of monthly support for continued guidance, questions, document review, and business-readiness accountability. Each month includes one hour of dedicated support.

Our core Contractor Readiness Program is 8 weeks, with optional extended support for businesses that want ongoing admin, compliance or operational help. We understand business owners easily get overwhelmed and because of this we have two options to fit within your schedule.
Cohort 1: New Year Cohort – Start the year GC-Ready
Tuesday nights starting January 26th
Wednesday afternoons starting January 27th
Cohort 2: Spring Cohort – Get prepared before peak construction season:
Tuesday evenings starting May 4th
Wednesday afternoons starting May 5th
Cohort 3: Fall/Year-End Readiness – Finish the year prepared and start next year GC-Ready:

Enrollment opens several weeks before each cohort and seats are limited to maintain a high level of support. New students may choose the cohort that best fits their business schedule.
