Program Policies & Disclaimer
A LEGAL DISCLAIMER
Effective Date: August 1, 2026
The Contractor Readiness Group ("CRG," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to providing a high-quality educational experience that helps subcontractors strengthen their businesses and prepare for greater opportunities within the construction industry.
Please read the following Program Policies & Disclaimer carefully before enrolling in any CRG program.
---
Program Purpose
The Contractor Readiness Group provides professional education, business development resources, coaching, and training designed to help subcontractors improve business operations, strengthen compliance, enhance professionalism, and become better prepared to pursue opportunities with General Contractors.
Our programs are intended for educational and professional development purposes only.
---
Enrollment Policy
Enrollment reserves your place in a scheduled cohort and provides access to CRG instructors, educational materials, administrative support, and, when applicable, the CRG Learning Portal.
Program schedules, instructors, curriculum, and delivery methods may be updated from time to time to improve the participant experience.
CRG reserves the right to accept or decline any enrollment application at its discretion.
---
Payment Policy
Program fees, payment schedules, and any available financing options will be communicated during the enrollment process.
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing:
* Payments must be made according to the selected payment plan.
* Failure to make scheduled payments may result in suspension or termination of access to CRG programs and the Learning Portal.
* Tuition and program pricing are subject to change for future cohorts but will not affect participants who have already enrolled.
---
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Because enrollment reserves a limited seat within each cohort and includes administrative preparation, instructor scheduling, and program resources, refunds are subject to the following guidelines.
Before Program Access
If you cancel your enrollment at least 14 calendar days before your scheduled cohort begins, you may request a full refund, less any non-refundable application or administrative fees disclosed during enrollment.
Within 14 Days of the Program Start
Cancellations made within 14 calendar days of the scheduled cohort start date are generally not eligible for a refund.
At CRG's discretion, participants may be offered the opportunity to transfer their enrollment to a future cohort, subject to availability.
After Program Access Begins
Once access has been granted to live sessions, course materials, downloadable resources, recordings, or the CRG Learning Portal, program fees are generally non-refundable.
---
Cohort Transfers
If unforeseen circumstances prevent you from attending your scheduled cohort, please contact CRG as soon as possible.
Where space permits, CRG may approve a one-time transfer to a future cohort. Transfer requests are reviewed individually and are not guaranteed.
---
Missed Sessions
Participants are responsible for attending scheduled live sessions.
Missed sessions do not qualify for refunds, tuition credits, or partial reimbursements.
---
Program Changes
CRG reserves the right to modify program dates, instructors, curriculum, course materials, or delivery methods as needed to improve educational quality or accommodate scheduling requirements.
These changes do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
---
Educational Disclaimer
CRG programs are educational in nature and are designed to provide practical business knowledge, operational guidance, and professional development for construction businesses.
Nothing provided through CRG should be interpreted as legal, financial, accounting, tax, insurance, licensing, engineering, or other professional advice.
Participants are encouraged to consult qualified professionals regarding matters specific to their business.
---

* Employment
* Contracts or project awards
* Invitations to bid
* Revenue growth
* Business profitability
* Vendor approval
* Government licensing
* Government certification
* Private certification
* Approval by any General Contractor
* Business success
Participant outcomes depend on many factors, including individual effort, implementation, experience, market conditions, financial stability, business practices, geographic location, and opportunities available within the marketplace.

---
General Contractor Relationships
One of CRG's goals is to strengthen relationships between subcontractors and General Contractors by improving contractor readiness and fostering professional connections.
CRG may facilitate introductions, networking opportunities, or strategic partnerships where appropriate.
However, participation in CRG does not guarantee referrals, invitations to bid, project participation, subcontract awards, or ongoing business relationships.
General Contractors independently determine which subcontractors they choose to work with.
---
GC-Ready Designation
The term "GC-Ready" refers to a subcontractor's successful completion of CRG's educational readiness program and reflects progress toward strengthening business practices, operational systems, and professional preparedness.
The GC-Ready designation is an internal educational recognition issued by The Contractor Readiness Group.
It is not a government-issued license, professional accreditation, legal certification, or guarantee of qualification, employment, or approval by any General Contractor, public agency, or private organization.
---
Learning Portal
Access to the CRG Learning Portal is provided to enrolled participants as applicable.
Portal access is intended solely for the enrolled participant.
Course materials, videos, templates, downloads, assignments, and other educational resources may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared, sold, or made available to others without prior written permission from CRG.
CRG reserves the right to suspend or terminate portal access for misuse or violations of these policies.

Student Support and Confidence Policy:
CRG is designed to provide structured training, tools, guidance, and professional readiness support. GC Referral Support may be available in select plans. CRG does not guarantee project awards, paid work, vendor approval, subcontractor selection, business growth, revenue, or specific outcomes. Student results depend on many factors, including program participation, business readiness, licensing, insurance, market demand, trade fit, responsiveness, pricing, experience, and the independent decisions of general contractors.
Legal, Licensing, Insurance, Tax, and Safety Disclaimer:
CRG provides educational training, business-readiness guidance, templates, and professional development resources for subcontractors and service businesses. CRG does not provide legal, tax, accounting, insurance, licensing, safety, engineering, architectural, financial, or compliance advice. Students and participants are responsible for confirming and maintaining all requirements that apply to their business, trade, location, licensing status, insurance coverage, tax obligations, safety practices, employees, subcontractors, contracts, and project work. Participants should consult qualified licensed professionals before making legal, tax, insurance, licensing, safety, compliance, or financial decisions. You don’t need years of trial and error. You just need the right guidance and connections, and it starts here.
