Participation in our programs does not guarantee employment, contracts, certifications required by law, project awards, or business success.

3. Program Enrollment

Enrollment in a CRG program is subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our discretion.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refund and cancellation policies will be provided during enrollment and may vary depending on the program purchased.

Unless otherwise specified in a separate enrollment agreement, refunds are not guaranteed after program materials or online course access has been provided.

 

6. Member Portal & Learning Platform

Certain educational materials, videos, downloads, assignments, and other resources are available only through the CRG Learning Portal.

Access to the learning platform is intended solely for the enrolled participant and may not be shared, copied, distributed, or transferred to another individual.

CRG reserves the right to suspend or terminate portal access for misuse, unauthorized sharing, or violation of these Terms.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, training materials, videos, presentations, graphics, logos, downloadable resources, and educational content are the intellectual property of The Contractor Readiness Group unless otherwise noted.

9. General Contractor Relationships

CRG may facilitate introductions, networking opportunities, or strategic relationships between subcontractors and General Contractors.

Participation in CRG does not guarantee referrals, partnerships, project invitations, or contract awards.

​

General Contractors retain sole discretion regarding contractor selection and project opportunities.
